As the Senior Director of Innovation for the e-commerce brand, I led the team responsible for developing our premium print products. My role encompassed the spectrum, from spearheading in-depth customer and market research, to concepting long-term innovation strategy, to shepherding R&D and commercialization for each product release — 47 in all during my time there. Creating timeless products that brought joy and meaning to our customers, made the work incredibly fulfilling.

As the Creative Director, I built and managed a multi-disciplinary creative team of graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, and copywriters. We brought the design-forward brand to life with creative campaigns, and engaged our audience daily through multi-media storytelling.
